One of the important roles for the Second Enlightenment Project is to connect people from throughout the U.S. and around the world who want to spread the Second Enlightenment(2E)ideas and methods in practical ways that can seed community transformation in local areas.
One of the 2E Forums will be dedicated to the work of Oksana Slobozhan and a network of youth from throughout the world interested in learning about and applying 2E ideas and methods. She is from Russia and was an exchange student at the University of South Carolina and a scribe for session #4 of the 2E Conference help in Columbia, SC March 4-6, 2007.
Oksana became excited about the potential of the 2E ideas as a context for youth throughout the world to network with each other and utilize the megatrends and 2E principles to help prepare their local communities in countries throughout the world for a constantly changing and increasingly complex society.
This topic area will be dedicated to her work and one of the forums will be used to connect her 2E Youth Network.
